Account Deletion

How to delete your Aircon.ph account and what happens next.

Delete from the Customer App

  1. Open the Aircon.ph Customer App.
  2. Tap Account at the bottom navigation.
  3. Tap Security.
  4. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
  5. Confirm in the dialog that appears.

Delete from the Technician App

  1. Open the Aircon.ph Technician App.
  2. Tap Settings at the bottom navigation.
  3. Scroll to the I-delete ang account section.
  4. Tap I-delete ang account ko.
  5. Confirm in the dialog that appears.

What Happens After You Request Deletion

  • Your account access is disabled immediately. You will be signed out of the app.
  • Active sessions and push notification tokens are removed, so you will no longer receive notifications from Aircon.ph.
  • A 30-day grace / restoration period may apply. During this window, you can email us to restore the account.
  • After the grace period, identifying account data (name, email, phone, profile photo, password hash) is deleted or anonymized.

What May Be Retained

Some records may be retained or anonymized for legal, tax, audit, fraud-prevention, dispute, or security purposes, including:

  • Booking and service records (anonymized where possible).
  • Payment references and admin verification records, as required for accounting and tax purposes.
  • Chat and support conversations relevant to a booking or open dispute.
  • Security and audit logs, kept for a reasonable security and audit period.
  • Information needed to comply with a legal hold, regulatory request, or court order.

Uploaded photos and media may persist in storage with anonymized references until a separate cleanup pass removes the underlying files.

Restore an Account During the Grace Period

If you change your mind during the 30-day grace period, contact us at the address below and include the phone number you registered with. Our team will verify your request and reactivate your account.
